Rapallo Pesto Cooking Class

In this magical place, you will learn how to make pesto with the traditional "mortar", Carrara marble made. Our Chef will welcome the Guests in the square right in front of our store with an Aperitivo toast of local sparkling wine and Focaccia. Guests will reach the store hall where your Host, together with eager participants from the Group, will prepare the mortar-made pesto sauce recipe. Then onto the Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting, local olive spread tartines, and three different aged artisanal Balsamic vinegars which will be presented to the audience.
