Had rebooked on the Upper Crater Tour the day before. The staff very friendly. Everything worked wonderfully and easily. The tour was interesting and you heard a lot of new things about Etna. The only minus: the alpine guide only spoke English, but tried very hard to ensure that everyone could follow him linguistically. All in all a wonderful educational tour.

Absolutely brilliant, a day full of adventure I recommend taking water shoes and a towel for the Gole Alcantara. Perfect day 🥰

Good in spite of the atrocious weather which curtailed the Alcantara Gorge visit and prevented any scenic views of Mount Etna.
