Jon the tour guide was great. Good personality and easy relaxed presentation throughout tour. It was obvious he had good relationships with the resaurants he selected. Great variety of local foods including ferment shark (a must for the daring). My wife has a dairy intolerance and Jon did a great job making sure she could eat the food. At one resaurant there was a mix up and the fish was prepared in a butter sauce. He and the chef worked together to quikly prepare an alternative fish dish. I would highly recommend thus tour for a lovely evening of dining and history if you are in Reykjavik.

This tour was absolutely the best way to experience Reykjavik! The food choices were the perfect blend of showing off the perfect blend of gastronomy and history. As someone who has traveled to more than 50 countries, and always does a food tour when it's available, this was one of the best I've experienced! 10 out of 10 would book again.

We would recommend this tour to anyone who loves food and wants to see Reykjavik through the eyes of a local. We had very interesting conversations and learned a lot about the city and Iceland.

We had a chance to have a good in depth conversation with an Icelander. We heard such great stories about Iceland and his growing up in Iceland and his fishing days. He (Palli) was almost out of central casting! We had a really good time!

Adam is a completely lovely tour guide, and the tour represents a nicely balanced, and nicely paced, selection of the historical, cultural and natural aspects of Reykjavik. Highly recommended!
