you have to consider you will spend most of the time in the bus, you have a few stops at places, but around 1h in Cotopaxi and 2 hours in Quilotoa, so yes, most of the time is in the bus , our tour guide Irene was amazing, and our driver Jose as well. I think something more should be added to the trip, maybe a lunch, since currently it's just transportation.

Our guide, Andrea, was fantastic! She had great information, was kind, and patient and organized. She was beyond tolerant when 2 young men decided to go to the bottom of the Quilotoa crater and then intentionally decided to hold up the bus while they ate lunch after they returned. It was very clear we needed to be at the bust at 3:30 and she had to run and search for them when they did not show up. They held us up for 30 minutes on an already long day. This disrupted the evening plans for many on the bus. She should have had more power in deciding to leave them at the crater because they did not return on time. Their decision to hold up an entire bus caused all much stress.

This tour was incredible, Andrea made the day absolutely amazing and was full of fun facts about the areas. Absolutely would recommend this tour to people who don’t have much time in the area but want to see a lot! You won’t have much time in each location, but you definitely get a great experience.
