Explore the vast Coba Mayan ruins, a national archaeological site where you’ll be amazed at the sheer size of this important Mayan city. You’ll be picked up at 09:00 in either Playa del Carmen or Tulum for the 3 hour drive to the site.
Marvel at the graceful, impressive structures that have been unearthed. The ruins are unique in that there has been very little restoration, and only a few of the site’s estimated 6,500 structures have been uncovered so far.
Climb the 120 stairs to the top of the Grand Pyramid. It’s well worth the effort, and you’ll be rewarded with spectacular views over the jungle.
After touring the ruins, you’ll visit a Mayan village to experience the lifestyle today. Lunch is included during the tour.
