Full description
Get an adrenaline rush on a 1-hour jet boat ride, operated by the world’s first commercial jet boat company. Take in stunning views of the Remarkable Mountains and journey up 2 of South Island’s most iconic rivers.  Depart from the heart of Queenstown, and climb aboard the big yellow jet boat at the Main Town Pier. Hold on tight as you accelerate across the water and feel the exhilaration of a high-powered twin-engine boat that powers across Lake Wakatipu. Experience the twists and spins as you enter the Kawarau River and race past rocks and under bridges at speeds of up to 95 kilometers per hour.  Grip the heated handrails and experience 360° spins while you speed up the shallow channels of the Shotover River. After 45 kilometers of pure adrenaline, return to the pier and see photos and videos from your trip.

The ride was just awesome. We had a driver that was very motivated and had fun himself. I also did the 1 hour Go Orange trip, but this one is much nicer. I like that you get to see the two different rivers, but not too much so that it would be boring after a while. If you have to decide between the different offers on riding a jet boat in Queenstown go for this one!

    Good, but...

the tour was carried out with two boats. The other bot has a defect at the reversal point. This led us to stop so that our driver could help. In total, we spent about 15 minutes waiting. Then the return trip is very quick - the next tour was already waiting. The waiting time could have been hit ?!

Breathtaking, cold but worth it !!!

Loved it ! But do highly recommend you supply goggles especially for return trip. Icy cold winds whipping faces. People found it very difficult to keep eyes open. We were told on the day you would lend us sunglasses and we were not given any. You should make this known in your ads. But it was a spectacular experience, even better if eyes are protected.
