Full description

Explore Queenstown by Segway on this scenic tour. Learn to ride a Segway and follow your guide along the edge of the photogenic Lake Wakatipu. Glide around the town’s main bay and the Queenstown Gardens, admiring the stunning views across the lake and the Remarkables mountain range as you go. 


The full 2 hour tour will give you time to visit all the best spots in the town, with your guide sharing interesting local knowledge and history as you ride. It's 2 hours of fun for all!


The 1 hour tour will give you a taste of Segway travel, with a ride around the main bay and through the Queenstown Gardens, which jut out on a peninsula into Lake Wakatipu.


Both tours include Segway training and time to stop and take photos.

Meeting point

One Mile Powerhouse Car Park, 130 Lake Esplanade, Queenstown. A 1 min drive or 10 min walk from town at the end of Lake Esplanade you come to a roundabout with 3 major exits and a dirt road exit. The dirt road exit has a sign to indicate the One Mile Powerhouse. Go up the road into the car park area to meet your guide who will be there 5 mins before your booking time. In Google maps enter 'Ben Lomond Track Trailhead'.
