What people are saying about Queenstown
The whole travel was stress free with amazing views all throughout the journey. The blue colour of lake pukaki is incredible, however the mount cook and other mountain ranges around made it perfect, as well as the short walk to hooker track that offers heaps of spots where you can relax and appreciate the glacier with the sound falling ice from afar. I bet everyone who visited wants to go back, including myself. Plus the tour guide is cheeky and friendly who knows what to say and also considerative to grant request like when we stop at the side of the road just down the mount cook village for photos.
Whatever the weather, you must go. It was windy, cloudy and raining when we get to fiorland to the cruise but it was super cool and fun. You're like in real adventure without worrying because the tour coach is experienced and knows everything. He will let you know every details of the mountains/rivers/waterfalls/etc. The cruise itself was amazing and getting wet from the rain and waterfalls was the best experience. While I took a lot of photos of myself and the views. I even met new friends whom I asked to take a photo of me
All tables by the windows and through the middle were reserved for a party so couldn’t take photos, had to wait for them to go off so I could get photos at the top deck.
Really good. Roland was a great driver/guide and talked in a way that was pleasant to listen to. His knowledge was great and he was friendly. Lovely lunch too.
Had the most enjoyable day ever, everything from the driver the journey the cruise was first class. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.%
