Day trips

Ferry ride was about 50mins, smooth sailing, with plenty of safety briefings. The crew are very friendly and happy to help and guide you on the ferry and on the Island. The crew also look out for you on the Island, which is comforting. The Island is very picturesque on arrival with green/blue waters. Island beach was great to relax and swim, with water temperatures about 23 degrees. Interesting to note the shoreline is covered in coral. Something I haven't seen before. The buffet lunch included pulled beef, fish, prawns, a simple salad, some cold meats n cheese, rice and various fruit on a platter. Snorkeling, The vision under water wasn't the best with recent stormy weather and hard to see with goggles fogging up constantly. Never the less nice to swim. Bottom Glass Boat showed the different array of corals. Brain, branch, and spaghetti to name a few. I thoroughly enjoyed the day trip.
