the guides were very nice, the second one was extremely punctual. Unfortunately the first one made me wait forever. If you get off at the airport you have to inform the service. You have to contact them one day before you are picked up. It's all a bit exaggerated

Many thanks to our driver Chris G who made the transfer to JFK Airport an excellent experience. Ontime pickup at the hotel, very safe ride, interesting smalltalk and super clean Jeep Wagoner SD - can only recommend this service and hope to see you again.

That's just great. There are wall phones at the welcome counter. 18 was chosen and everything went really quickly. The driver was very nice. You can enjoy New York in a relaxed manner. We can only recommend it.

When we arrived at the airport, we had to dial number 18 at a kind of information desk with an old telephone to register for the trip, so to speak. Everything went very well.

Convenient, fast, and great. We had flight delays and there were no complications with the transfer, they were waiting for us.
