Good day, ladies and gentlemen, we went on a day trip to Quedlinburg today and had a wonderful day. Yesterday I booked a city tour for 3 people through "Get Your Guide". I'm not particularly tech-savvy, so I took the precaution of clarifying my open questions by phone. The gentleman on the phone was competent, very friendly and impressed us with his lively, service-oriented manner! Compliments! Today we were there on time and were able to experience that yesterday's experience was no show. How wonderful when people like this prove the term "service desert Germany" to be a lie! We have already been on many tours in various cities. As a foreigner (and also in your own home town) it makes sense. Because you only see what you know. Luckily for us, we had a capable (please excuse the understatement) and enthusiastic/inspiring city guide like Bernd!

The booking was completely problem-free! Our very friendly and highly educated city guide was there on time at 2 p.m. and even though there were only three of us (parents plus child and a dog), the tour went ahead! Quedlinburg is well worth seeing, but this tour made the day special! We could have listened forever - the two hours flew by! Highly recommended!

Very nice tour with "Klaus von...". The initially long 90 minutes flew by. The night watchman entertained us with the history of Quedlinburg and told us many anecdotes. We can 100% recommend the tour 👍🏼

Very varied and informative. Buildings, poems and a lot of knowledge about personalities. Highly recommended!

Interesting information that even locals wouldn't have known!
