The information given was very interesting and the supporting photos gave more meaning to the words. Throughout the visit, the guide took care to position himself well so that our hearing-impaired son could hear him clearly. We had notified him before starting and it was appreciated. The guide was patient, as one of the tourists often cut him off. Nice visit!

Excellente guide. Nous suggérions toutefois de repenser la visite d’une chambre à moins qu’elle ne soit plus grande ou que ce soit plutôt une suite. La chambre que nous avons visitée était beaucoup trop modeste et exigüe pour que cela incite quiconque à la réserver. Aucun effet WOW!

Our guide was exceptional, she knew her history and new all the answers to our questions. She was a very pleasant person. My only complaint was more towards the noise surrounding the visit and not being able to see everything since some places we were suppose to visit were occupied.
