Very good dinner but lack of originality

The entry with the lentils was quite ordinary, we had a red carpet menu to taste the Canadian cheeses but the portions were really very small, the meat was excellent very tender, and the lobster delicious but more vegetables would have been fine. As for the dessert it was not up to the previous dishes and too sweet. Otherwise all the dishes were fresh and pleasant.
