Everything went exactly as described, the bus was on time, the driver, Pierre, was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to get a tour of the old part of Quebec, just plug in the provided headphones and choose your language, and a detailed history of the area is given. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the cost; $140 plus tip, seems a bit much for my wife and I and 2 children. I know that everything costs more now, but I didn't enjoy it $150 worth.

Carol and all the staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us on a few things. The tour was a wonderful overview of the city and its history. I recommend doing this at the very start of your trip so you have an idea what to do and where to go. We went in the early evening, so it wasn’t so hot on the double decker

Express is right! The bus never stopped & kept moving, quickly! You listened to a description of what was supposed to be outside via headphones they provided if you didn’t already have some. However, that wasn’t always perfectly accurate & would’ve been much nicer having an actual person explain & gesture towards what they were describing. The grain silos were a useless add-on to the tour. Fumes from the exhaust were really bad at the back of the open top. Overall a neat quick tour of the Old City, both upper & lower villages.
