Eliminate toxins by going to a heated sauna, followed by a dip in an ice-cold bath and a period of deep relaxation.  Practiced for thousands of years, thermotherapy is a wellness ritual based on the external use of water for therapeutic purposes. The spa was such a great experience for me and my hubby. My hubby didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as he did, but by the end of the day he was sleepy as he was so relaxed. The food was delicious in the restaurant at the venue! The staff were friendly! Great experience overall!

I loved this experience! This was my best spa experience so far. The only services not included in this package were the massages and the float pool, but everything else was available from opening to closing. I loved that they had different types of thermal pools and cold plunges at different temperatures. The saunas with different types of exfoliation techniques were also amazing. My favorite, however, is the Lazy River. I think I spent about an hour there cumulatively. In addition, the view was amazing! The St. Lawrence River most definitely added to the calming feel of the spa. The locker room was complete with amenities. I loved the smell of their shampoo and soap. I also loved the fact that they had hair dryers and hair irons in the locker room.

I was expecting a lot for the reputation of this place. Check-in was fine, but after that, I was on my own. The setting is large with many different areas. The thermal spa was amazing. The setting, on the Saint Lawrence River, was great as well, very soothing. One disappointment for me was how cramped the locker areas are. I often had to wait for others to move, just to get to my locker. Not a whole lot of space to set things out or change. Very cramped. Also, one things I was stunned by was having the presence of pre-teen boys in the locker room, likely sons of the women. They changed right in front of me and while it was very uncomfortable for me, likely uncomfortable for them, too. A bit more enforcement on policy and not allowing older boys in a female locker room would be helpful. I wound up changing in the bathroom.
