We booked an 8 day cruise, which is essentially the same as the 5 days cruise from Luxor to Aswan albeit you stay on the boat and cruise back. Although our Guide Adel arranged additional tours for us on return to Luxor. We managed to fit in additional trips such as the Nubian village for extra costs too, which was well worth it. We spent about the right time in each location. The boat was clean and staff attentive. Food is decent quality, although variations of the some things so gets a bit repetitive. There's entertainment in the evenings such as bellydancing, Nubian dancers etc. There were some extremely early 4AM starts, for the ballooning and Abu Simbel but the sunrise views are worth it. Otherwise most tours started at 0730, this did mean we beat the crowds to some temples though. The collection too and from the boat was pretty smooth and someone was waiting for us at Luxor. There were some negative points, but all in all was good value for money, and a good experience.

We had a 5 day cruise from Luxor to Aswan with a day trip to Abu Sibmel. Our tour guide Adel was navigating us through all the temples and tombs, explaining the grand picture and fine detail. He is an Egyptologist with a non conventional approach to his tourists, who makes sure your day will become memorable. Adel made our trip fun, keeping us engaged all along and supplying us not only with carefully verified facts about ancient Egypt but also explaining information about local history and customs. He knew exactly everywhere place we were going and how to get the most of it (best timing to avoid the wave of other tourists and what are the most important items of each site). We immensely enjoyed every single day in his company. He also organised a wonderful afternoon in the Nubian village, which was a great pleasure and loads of fun. Thank you so much, Adel! Highly recommended for those seeking an out of the box and fun tour guide!

Esshak, our guide during our Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan, was simply outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Egypt and was able to tell us many interesting facts and stories about the various sights along the Nile. His explanations were understandable and he always took the time to answer our questions and give us further background information. We learned a lot about the ancient temples. In addition, Esshak was very friendly and helpful and would recommend him without hesitation. The number of visits was perfect for us, not too many so that you also had time to relax on the deck. The food could be improved, otherwise we were very satisfied with the service and staff. It was an unforgettable experience for us! Thank you very much!

Today I had a suuper good tour experience with the guide Asema Saber. I was so impressed with her ability to tailor the tour to our my interests, answering questions with detail and offering insights that went far beyond what you'd typically find in a guidebook, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The guide was excellent, with very good knowledge of history, helpful and friendly. The tour was amazing and I enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend it!
