  • You must follow a strict dress code while entering the mosque and palace; no shorts or sleeveless tops; knees, shoulders, and tattoos must be covered for both women and men
  • You will get an Abaya (a long black dress with a headscarf), which must be returned; there won’t be any clothing provided for men
  • During presidential events, Qasr Al Watan Palace will be closed to the public without any prior announcement, which could result in its replacement by the Louvre Museum.
  • Guided tours are not allowed within the palace
  • This tour is not wheelchair accessible

Our tour guide Fesal and the drivers were very welcoming and made it a special day for us. Fesal's explanations at the different sights were very informative, insightful and always with a personal note. He answered our follow-up questions with additional background information. He really knows what he is talking about and does so very passionately. I really recommend this tour in general and Fesal in particular as a tour guide. Thank you very much! PS. Fesal and the team also provided prompt support when my partner forgot her glasses in the schuttle bus on the way back to the hotel. We got the glasses back after just a few minutes. Thanks also to the driver! This is really appreciated!
