Pushkar is a beautiful town located about 150 kilometers southwest of Jaipur, known for its sacred lake, temples, and vibrant atmosphere.

Morning:
Early Start: Begin your day early to make the most of your trip. Have breakfast in Jaipur or on the way to Pushkar.

Arriving in Pushkar:
Brahma Temple: Your first stop can be the Brahma Temple, one of the few temples dedicated to Lord Brahma in India. It opens early in the morning and is an important religious site in Pushkar.
Pushkar Lake: Visit Pushkar Lake, the most significant attraction in the town. It's a sacred lake with ghats where pilgrims come to take a dip. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and the views of the surrounding hills.

Midday:
Lunch: Explore Pushkar's local restaurants or cafes for lunch. Try some authentic Rajasthani cuisine.
Afternoon:
Shopping: Pushkar is famous for its colorful markets. You can shop for handicrafts, clothing, jewelry, and souvenirs in the local markets. Be sure to haggle for the best prices.

Ayan picked us up from our hotel, drove us to Pushka, looked after us and our belongings in his car whilst we were taken around by a guide of who he sorted for us! Ayan also sorted our lunch at a lovely spot with amazing food before heading to ride some camels to watch the sunset. And after all of that, he drive us all the way right to the front of our hotel in Jaipur. He was brilliant, friendly and we highly recommend!

The guide met us at the site, but it was very disappointing. At the lake, I met up with a shaman and was forced to make a donation. We all paid a lot of money. The guide also asked for a tip. I hope that no one is harmed. The camel was good. Even though I trusted the tour guide for the local tour, it felt like they were taking money from the tour guide and the shaman. There were also several sites with similar complaints.
