Things to do in Puntarenas

Absolutely great! We didn’t use transportation since we had a rental car. There was no parking available at the property, but they said we could park on the street, that it should be safe—that’s where they park as well. As for activities, everything was wonderful. On the way to Tortuga Island, we stopped to see a family of dolphins. When we arrived at the island, those who didn’t want to snorkel stayed on the beach, where there were several different activities available. We did the banana boat ride, which was the highlight for the kids (15 and 16 years old). While at island, No wifi, you can purchase a card for wifi. Plenty of places to get a drink. They take US cash, their currency and credit card. They provided fresh fruit snacks, and then at 12pm lunch. Options of yellow tail tuna , chicken or beef, with rice and salad.
