Overall, enjoyed the trip. Plan on a much longer day than stated. We got back to the resort after 9:30 pm, 3 hours later than we should have. Photographer on the trip we had an issue with, he was great but information about payment and seeing and buying photos was very unclear. No website or email that was able to be accessed. Bobby Jay was awesome, his knowledge of languages and information was exceptional. Plan on taking lots of extra cash because there was lots of expectations for tipping all the boat drivers, bus drivers, horse handlers and guide. We had to stop numerous times at ATM’s for people to get more cash. There could have been better descriptions on your website regarding the waterfall hike and/ horse situation. One couple opted not to go and we walked it, which was quite a feat for us 70+ year olds. Steps to waterfall really challenging, not for the faint hearted. Website states age range up to 99 years, I would definitely adjust that range.

This trip says "all day," and they mean it. We got picked up at 0600 and back to our hotel at 2100. Breakfast is a sandwich and a banana, so think about bringing snacks. But it was a very full day! We got to see humpback whales, a baby, and mom. The trail down to the waterfall in the afternoon can be walked, but this group uses horses that are brought by local rural residents on a volunteer basis and will lead you most of the way to the falls. They are there for tips, so bring ample cash if you want to take advantage of this service. It is a very rough ride down, but it would be much worse to walk it. The drivers here are crazy. They are used to weaving in and out of traffic, but it can be a little scary. On the way back, they do a party boat kind of thing, and everyone is pretty beat down. Everyone here in the tourist areas wants to sell you something, aggressively. I am an introvert, so I didn't like that. I'm out of space. Overall, good, not excellent.
