Good day. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She tells us about Dominican life during the trip. We arrived on the island of Cayo Levantado and had 2 hours of free time to enjoy the magnificent beach. Then we went to eat and the Dominican meal was very good and plentiful. We then took the boat and then the jeep truck to go to the ranch. The landscapes are beautiful and we can appreciate the "local life". Arrived at the ranch we took horses with a guide per horse. The trail is made up of a lot of rocks and the "guides" push their horses too fast and don't give them time to look. In addition, we offered the horse guide some euro coins and she refused to ask for tickets. Which shocked us. The trail is largely doable on foot with sneakers for a person in good physical condition, contrary to what the guide told us.

We spent a pleasant day even if the journey was a bit long, however, before arriving at our destination, we were able to pass through certain villages and observe the life of the Dominicans, then the boat to the island of Bacardi where we were able to enjoy a picturesque setting and a hearty meal, our expedition then on horseback supervised by a very friendly guide (provide a well-deserved tip for its horse owners who accompany us in a benevolent way and who are like many Dominicans all smiles

We all found the trip to Samana Bay very nice. We were picked up on time and took the bus to the marina, where we were then taken over to Samana Bay by boat. Once there, we had time to enjoy the beach. Afterwards there was a rich lunch. Then we went on by boat and transport for horse riding through a jungle where we came to a great waterfall. All in all, a successful excursion. We would definitely recommend it.
