Unfortunately my flight was over two hours delayed. I arrived and there was no transportation. I contacted the company and I was told to hold on while she contacted the local drivers and returned after several minutes indicating she could reach no one. I asked for a refund and was told that I did not cancel the trip beforehand! I explained I tried to call earlier but could reach no one. I was basically stranded in another country with no transportation - that I paid for! I pressed about the refund and at least the representative agreed to provide it.
