What to Expect
Enjoy a half-day adventure on Lake Tititcaca, exploring its natural beauty by kayak. Following a transfer from your hotel in Puno, travel to Isla Esteves Port and gear up to set sail across the legendary lake.
You will kayak for about 1-hour to a community of the Uros people. They will welcome you into their homeland and tell you more about their colorful life on the water. Contribute to their survival by purchasing some of their beautiful hand made crafts.
Learn about the biodiversity of the lake as you look out for the native flora and fauna, as well as the abundant bird life. Discover an island made entirely from rocks before arriving at the Islands of Uros. After your interaction with the Uros people, travel back to the pier for your return transfer to Puno.
