Bus Cama Directo Puno Cusco

Not at all recommended. We arrived at 9pm with our tickets downloaded onto our mobile, as the app said. We were surprised when we got on the bus and they told us that it wasn't valid, that if we didn't have the printed version we wouldn't have assigned seats. We ran to find the bus window and they looked at the coupon on the app as if we were lying to them since our reservation didn't appear on them. Finally, after a while of anguish, we got on the bus and finally, we were cold because they didn't give us blankets even though according to the app they did include them.

Bad experience. I got there and the tickets had not been issued. The girl immediately issued the cheapest ticket (around 60 soles), while I had paid around 90 here. This was the ticket for the first floor. The description mentions a bus bed with 160° recline. First, one of the seats didn't work, it didn't recline at all. The one that worked barely dropped 20°. There was no space from one row to another and there was nowhere to put the backpacks (the hand luggage was in the luggage rack). Impossible to sleep there, I asked to go up to the second floor (it cost 70 soles, still much less than what I paid), and they wouldn't let me. Only after a lot of fighting because one of the benches was broken, they let us go up. The upper part was more spacious, but still FAR from the 160° “bed” in the description. Not to mention that there were people on the bus discovering that they were going to the wrong place, because there was a hotel with ZERO signage and no one to give support or answer questions. TERRIBLE experience.
