Pune: Guided Street Food Tour with Cultural Charms of Pune

I would actively encourage you not to book this tour or company and would go as far as to say that it’s a scam. We booked this tour quite last minute - the day before to be precise at about 6pm for a midday tour. The booking was confirmed. In the morning we heard from the tour operator to tell us that no guides were currently available, but to ‘hold on and wait’ so he could confirm. So we waited, wasting a morning of our trip, and no confirmation came. I chased multiple times and eventually another response was received to say that they were trying to arrange for the evening. Again we heard nothing after this despite chasing. I asked to cancel and I have asked multiple times for a refund which I have not received (it has now been over a week). A truly awful experience and awful company. Time wasters and scammers.
