We had a party of 12 and it was perfect. We had the best time, you could tell the people who work with the dolphins, really love what they do. We felt safe and cared for. Each of us got to have several personal interactions with the dolphins. I loved seeing all the genuine smiles on my families faces! The kids loved playing at the water park as well. There are lots of slides and fun area for kids with little slides. The adults spent most their time in the lazy River. The food that is included in the voucher is not great but great for the kids. There were other food options that were better that we paid extra for the adults. Overall a great experience and we definitely created great memories!
The dolphin encounter was a bucket list worthy activity with amazing trainers. However, a stark contrast with the rest of the experience at Aquaventuras Park. The check in process is clunky and the staff is rude. The photo sales is a complete scam, charging by the number of people in the photo. So if you have a large family prepare to pay 3500 pesos for your dolphin encounter photos.
Fantastic. The dolphins were happy, healthy and well-trained. I had an absolute blast with them. All the trainers were very friendly and thorough with communication on how to interact with them. It was a great day, well worth the money. I also paid to interact with the sea lions and that was a lot of fun too!
Beautiful gardens. Nice leisurely walk through the different gardens. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious. Wonderful gift shop with something for everyone. Nice little day trip.
This was everyone’s favorite activity we did! Had great fun and would definitely encourage everyone to try!
