It was a good experience with dolphins and whales However when we booked the trip it said the pickup between 1230 and 130pm . I received a call from tour operator to tell the bus had come come at 12pm and we had missed it and it was only 12:04 pm . I said to her we were told 1230 to 130pm . She said look on emails and I checked and there was nothing to say 12pm ! she then said I don’t speak English well and make your own way to the sea depo . When we got there the person running it said she told me you missed it . He said tell bus to collect them again but she said we would agreed our own way by taxi and not bother getting the bus. This was a lie she told us make our own way or loose out. He said it we would get a lift back but that’s what he paid for ! This was my first time using get your guide and I’m dissatisfied and I’m not sure id use this app again ! There is no help for when things go wrong like this and you can’t do anything when you getting conned out.

The booking was super easy and the organization was good. I had expected a comfortable ride in the boat. In fact, it rocked a lot and many people felt sick. This tour is really only for the seaworthy among you. Otherwise we saw a lot of dolphins and the mood on board was great. So for the healthy ones. :) There was also a short bathing stop, so don't forget your bathing suit. It gets really chilly during the ride, so bring a jacket with you.

Very nice staff. We sail about 1 hour out to sea and although the water was flat as glass in the harbor, it was rough seas out on the open sea. We also found some dolphins, but not very many. Since the crew always stopped the boat when a dolphin was sighted, the animals quickly lost interest in us and did not surf on the bow wave but dived down after a short time. The crew tried to find more animals, which was occasionally successful. After about 20 to 30 minutes with the animals we turned and anchored another 15 minutes in front of the bay to go swimming. Then it went back. Overall quite good, but it always depends on how many animals you find and how playful they are. Ours obviously weren't.
