- Please note that the pickup and drop-off service in El Nido is only available at the airport because the local government does not allow vans to enter the town proper
- If your accommodation is outside the pickup or drop-off area there will be a transfer surcharge
- Please allow ample wait time (at least 3-hours) when booking especially for flights out of Palawan
- Please expect delays for pickups due to local traffic conditions
