Your tour guide will provide information about the area and Puerto Princesa City in general along the way, ensuring you get to learn as much as you can about this wonderful location. During the trip a stop will be made at Buenavista, a delightful viewpoint where you can get a glimpse of Ulugan Bay. Arrive at Sabang Wharf at approximately 8:00 AM, and board a pump boat to the mouth of the cave. This place is home to Monitor Lizards, monkeys, snakes, and other forms of wildlife, some of which are exclusive to Palawan. After a short walk, you'll ride a paddleboat to the underground river and marvel at this natural wonder. Once back at the wharf, lunch will be served at one of the restaurants in Sabang. The underground river is definitely a must-see if you happen to pass by Palawan. It is gorgeous and very well taken care of. Didn't get the massage part. On the way back we stopped by a smaller local attraction where you can do some caving (its optional). I didn't do it because I got so sick from the van driving (which is the worst part of every tour in Palawan).

Agnes, our local tour guide, was kind and helpful. She always looked out on us and made sure that everyone's well. Though the queuing in Sabang going to the Underground River was exhausting, as our tour coincided with a cruise ship's tour, we were offered an alternative to make the most out of our time while waiting. We went to Sabang Zipline which I would say was actually more enjoyable than the Ugong Zipline. The view was superb and majestic. When we got back at the dock, we still waited for around another hour before going to the Underground River but at least we were able to visit somewhere else. Just imagine if we're just there all throughout! So we commend Agnes for being proactive at that. The queuing at the actual site of the Underground River didn't take that long already, it only took us around 15 minutes waiting time to get inside the cave. At least better compared to hours of waiting at the dock.

Overall is a very nice experience, the guide V was very nice and a helpful, the caves are impressive and crossing to the island is quite nice and the buffet afterwards was super good, and had plenty of vegetarian options. But with that said, the waiting time is quite lengthy, which is ok, but I wish they would have informed about it to be prepared for it, specially for the boat returning from the cave, it has to wait still in the ocean and the waves can make you sea sick, so take a pill for it!
