Paid for a day pass that said 8:30-5:00, but said wouldn't pick up at my resort, less than 10 minutes away. Also had a Dolfin adventure for family members, who they would pick up at the resort, but not until 10:55. By 11:15, we were still waiting, and had to have resort call for us. Didn't end up getting there and checked in until nearly 12:00. Last ride back to our resort was at 4:30, not allowing us much time at the location to see the various shows, or swim and do the slides. Also only offered lunch for 1 hour, which also interfered with times shows were offered. All in all, paying to be there all day and not given that option really limited our experience. The personnel were great, shows very entertaining and informative, but didn't get to see them all, or even some in their entirety due to the time restrictions regarding travel to and from that was included in pricing, and problems with pick-up locations. The slowest slide needs more water. Kept getting stuck on it.
