Benefit from pickup at your hotel in Puerto Plata, Sosua, or Cabarete, and then make your way by bus to the brilliant white sands of Punta Rucia, 67 kilometers east of Montechristi. Get amazing views of the countryside before you board a speedboat to cross to Cayo Arena. Be welcomed by the turquoise waters and white sands of the paradise island. Go ashore to sink your toes in the sand and top up your tan. Marvel at the colorful marine life and coral gardens on an optional guided snorkeling tour, and enjoy a selection of fresh fruits and drinks. We did the tour as a pair and enjoyed the whole trip. The transport and the pre-communication was perfect, very friendly and on time (especially with the possible communication per What'sApp). We visit the wunderfull island, got a snorkeling introduction, saw beautiful fishes and corals and good fresh fruits and drinks. The speed boat tour was quite good and funny. The mangroves tour was a a little bit short and we can't see so much. The lunch and the shop visit was very good and without any pressure. Same is valid for the cigar farm. Overall we recomend the tour for all snorkeling interested person.
