Guaranies M’BYA Mbororé Fortin will open the door to their community to reveal the secrets of the jungle, their natural medicine, culture, songs, dances, crafts, philosophy of life, and beliefs.
Discover the Guaranies' Spirit of Trees, a walk where you learn to walk inside the jungle guided by indigenous experts. The community of M'bya Guaranies, the living safe keepers of this culture, will provide a glimpse into history and heritage and welcome visitors into their home. They also offer gifts and songs for the visitors.
You will be introduced to the world of the native beliefs on visiting the temple, placed at the heart of the jungle, where the guide will explain how the initiation and baptism rituals are carried out. Afterwards you will see the plantation fields, their homes and their ancient hunting traps for the different animals. You will end your visit at a handicrafts fair, that they themselves perform daily by using wood, lianas, seeds, etc.
