What people are saying about Puerto del Carmen

The overall experience of the trip was excellent. Our original trip date was cancelled due to bad weather conditions, but I was contacted well before the trip to reschedule the trip to another day. I was contacted by phone but wasn't able to answer but they left a message to my voice mail and I did the rescheduling through email and also ensured the pickup location later by email. Each time the answer was fast and new ticket was also delivered swiftly. The guide was nice and professional and the pickup was handled well and on time. They were also kind to drop us to our hotel after the trip because we had to walk a bit from our hotel to the pickup location. The trip went well even though we didn't see any dolphins. They had drinks for adults and soda for the kids as well and the kids enjoyed being at the front of the catamaran and swinging along the waves. There were also snacks (more than I thought!) that were quite tasty. Crew members were also very helpful and nice! Can recommend!

A great trip, worth the money. I misunderstood and thought we would be taken on to the beach at Papagayo, however this was not the case. The Catamaran stopped at sea close enough to see the beach but too far to off board. Had a fantastic swim in the clear sea, and there were kayaks available to use (inclusive), the food on board was great and the free bar. The staff were fantastic, polite, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating.

Really nice hosts, they picked us up on time, had clear instructions & to top it we actually saw the dolphins! The team worked really hard in making sure we find it & cherry on top was eating cake at sunset which was the pure definition of "living life" Love the whole experience, and totally recommend it just for the scenery it even if you don't see the dolphins.

We did this activity on New Year’s Eve our guides were super professional and we saw dolphins! Lots of them. The sunset was lovely. Kudos to Pedro who did everything possible for the experience to be great. He is an amazing guide.

Very enjoyable. We didn’t see dolphins but it was a lovely evening despite this.
