Our guide Alexis was brilliant and made it a very enjoyable day, we upgraded as it seemed like a good deal and we had a great time!
I had a ball, it rained and we had so much fun. We paid the extra upon arrival for VIP, at the private cenote there was no swing like pictures suggested and food and unlimited drinks were at the end so don't think VIP is serving throughout the excursion but it was really fun I would definitely do it again. You pay for everything, vring everything suggested bug spray, sunscreen, glasses (I would suggest the designer ones) face cover, towel and waterproof case or you be buying it there at much higher prices. You can't take your phones/cameras/gopros on the ATVs or ziplining but the photographer takes really good high quality photos and they are too expensive. You can have your phone at the cenote.
