We loved the bus tour around the city. Very informative. Staff were very helpful and polite. If there was one little negative feedback is that not all audio outlets work on board. We had to change our seats several times to find one that worked.

We had an extra day to spend in Madrid and this was a great way to see these two highlights. Prado can be overwhelming to see so it was good to see it with a guide so we can maximize our time there.
