Alan was an excellent guide. He was patient and kind with our family as we learned how to ride the Segway for the first time. We appreciated his humor and knowledge. His immense love for Madrid is clear from his personal stories and recommendations. We can tell our teenagers loved the experience because they asked to take photos with Alan afterwards which they never want to.

Tour guide was friendly and so knowledgeable about the city- put our anxieties at rest when using the Segway for the first time. I was not able to go as I have a vestibular disease which makes me go dizzy - standing on a Segway didn’t help! However the company was amazing and refunded my ticket. My friend thought the tour was fabulous!

Best tour we have had! laid back, visiting places you wouldn’t usually see and Miguel was brilliant! allowed us to choose where to go, took pics for us and just a great guy. Please take this tour. It’s awesome
