The tour started late but our guide Alen assured us (father with son) that we would be on time. That's how it was then: After an introduction to the Segways and the rules in Madrid, we started relaxed into the city. Stops were made again and again and we got information about the sights. Alen's English was such that even my 14 year old boy could follow and understand everything. Sufficient interruptions for photo shootings with or without a Segway, with or without a helmet rounded off the tour. It was fun to drive through Madrid on an axis without time pressure. We can recommend this provider and guide.

Really enjoyed the tour. Very knowledgeable guide with excellent communication skills conveying information very effective. Great experience!

Our guide, Alan, was very enthusiastic and told us interesting facts. Highly recommended, ask for him
