Sail to the island of Capri from Naples on a hydrofoil. Explore the colorful streets of Capri and see the Piazzetta and the Gardens of Augustus. Hear the history from your guide and enjoy a traditional lunch. Be picked up at your hotel or other agreed meeting point in Naples and transferred to the port. At the port meet the professional guide who will accompany you on your visit to the enchanting island of Capri. The hydrofoil ride to Capri will take around 40 minutes. The first stop on your guided visit to the island is Marina Grande. Head up to Anacapri by minibus, a short and fun trip that affords marvelous views. Take a stroll in the famous Piazzetta, known as the lounge of the world, and the place to be seen for movie stars and VIPs since the times of la dolce vita in the 1950s and 60s. Your guide will tell you all about the island and its history and lead you to the Gardens of Augustus, and along the charming Via Camerelle, Via Tregare, and to the village center. Stop for lunch at a typical local restaurant, where you’ll enjoy the pleasant and refreshing local flavors. After lunch you’ll take in the celebrated views of the Faraglioni, a sight cherished even by Roman emperors. At the end of the visit the guide will accompany you back to Naples, where a driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel or meeting point.

Embark on a guided tour of the island of Capri and visit highlights, including the Blue Grotto and Mamma Mia Road. Take the jetfoil to the island and ride the funicular to the Piazzetta. Meet your guide at the port of Naples or Sorrento and head by jetfoil to the beautiful island of Capri. Arrive at the island's main port, the picturesque Marina Grande. Visit the Blue Grotto if weather permits and follow the breathtaking Mamma Mia Road to the second-largest center on the island, Anacapri. Soak up the views and explore its narrow streets and charming piazzas.  Next, travel to the main town of Capri and La Piazetta, the vibrant center of the island. Pass bustling hotels, restaurants, and open-air cafes before finding a spot to sit and relax in the warm sunshine. Continue to the Augustus botanical gardens and get views overlooking one of Capri's best-known landmarks, the legendary Faraglioni limestone rocks. Enjoy some time to explore on your own before returning to the Marina Grande.

Begin your day with pickup from select Naples hotels, the Naples train station, or your cruise ship terminal. Head to the harbor, where you'll board your hydrofoil. Glide across the blue waters on the 40-minute journey to Capri. Upon arrival, drive to the scenic town of Anacapri and soak up an hour to explore at your own pace and expense. Your guide will be happy to make suggestions for your free hour. Enjoy the option of a boat ride to the famed Blue Grotto, or travel to the top of Monte Solare via chairlift for panoramic views of the Bay of Naples. You can also stroll to the impressive Villa San Michele, built on ancient ruins, or more simply, relax at a café and people watch. Then, reunite with your guide at a local restaurant for a traditional 3-course lunch. Stretch your legs afterward with a guided walk to the Gardens of Augustus, where you'll spot the Faraglioni rock formations and overlook the Mediterranean Sea. After a full day of sightseeing, your trip will conclude with transportation back to Naples port where a driver will be waiting for you in order to take you to your hotel.

Your experience begins as you meet your guide at the port of Sorrento, from where you depart by Jetfoil to Capri. Upon your arrival to Marina Grande, your guide leads you to the hill of the island by minibus. Begin by discovering the more intimate and pristine beauty of Anacapri. It hosts the famous Villa San Michele - which housed Swedish doctor Axel Munthe, as well as the chairlift to ascend to the top of Monte Solaro. You then reach Capri by local minibus, where you can walk through the narrow streets and around the famous square: La Piazzetta. From there, travel to the south of the island from where you can take stunning pictures of the Faraglioni Rocks and spend some free time exploring the surroundings at a leisurely pace. Finally, return to Sorretto via Jetfoil in the afternoon.
