This tour was incredible! Our guide was very experienced and welcoming he took amazing photos of snakes, insects, frogs, and even a scorpion. Make sure you plan to be outside in the jungle at night, wear long pants and appropriate shoes, some people in our group stepped in a line of ants and got bites on their legs. This tour is not for the faint of heart but it is truly a worthwhile experience.

I assumed the tour would be in Manuel Antonio National Park because that's exactly what I was looking for. However, the tour took place in Rainmaker Forest, about 35 minutes away from Manuel Antonio. Apparently I didn't read correctly. The transfer was reliable and uncomplicated. The wildlife to be observed are mainly insects, frogs and lizards. We were lucky and saw a snake. Our guide was also very helpful and helped to take photos. A good tour to end the evening when you are there anyway.

One of my favorite things we did while in Quepos. I had doubts about how many animals we'd really see and was entirely blown away. Highly recommend adding this tour to the beginning of your stay in Quepos to get familiar with the animals in the jungle. We ended up inspired to do a hike through Rainmaker park on a separate day and it was one of the best hikes of my life. The fresh food and drink at the end of the tour was a lovely surprise.
