Asti tied to its sumptuous past that lives again every year through its Palio, Asti vibrant and commercial in its weekly markets, Asti rich in its cultural and enogastronomic events that make a stop-over even more enjoyable.

We always start with the tasting of our 7 references, during which presentations are made and we all sit together to taste the wines accompanied by some typical local products. We tell the story of the wine you are drinking, how it was grown, when it was still grapes in the vineyard, and how it was processed in the cellar. Meanwhile, the dishes also arrive, within which you can find numerous typical local products, each to be paired with a different wine. We start with the Roero Arneis, the only white among the reds, a fresh and fruity wine: it is accompanied by tuna sauce. We then move on to red wines with Dogliani, which we usually pair with salami. First the Dogliani DOCG "Sambù", an easy to drink and light wine, which introduces the Dogliani DOCG "Superiore", more structured and complex. Nebbiolo and Barbera are paired with lard and bacon: the former is fresh and young, the latter is soft and fruity. Subsequently we will taste the Langhe "Excelso" blend of several wines to be tasted with meliga pasta (typical Piedmontese biscuit). And then the last but not least wine, the king of wines, the wine of kings: Barolo, to be tasted with cheese and cugnà (halfway between jam and sauce, it is made with fresh fruit and dried fruit ). After the tastings, we move to the cellar, where you can see how we work to create the wines you have just tasted: fermentation, the decanting and aging tanks, and finally the bottling and labeling phase.

The Hunt will take place in a valley where you will see more then 300 trees such as: poplar, oak, willow, linden and hazelnut. Explore the winery, taste 5 wines, and enjoy a selection of local products. Start your tour in the courtyard of the farmhouse, where you will be welcomed by Matteo and Alfredo. Visit the fermentation cellar and see how the transformation of grapes into wine begins. Continue to the bottling and packaging room and see the machinery used for bottling and labeling the wines. Next, visit the underground cellar where the selection of Barbera d'Asti is aged in oak barrels. Learn about the aging technique and why it is important. Finally, taste the wines in the historic cellar in the barrique cellar. Discover the magic of Portofino riding a bicycle with this extraordinary experience. We will leave from Santa Margherita Ligure station, ready to experience an unforgettable day along our splendid coast. After a short descent into the center of Santa Margherita, we get on our e-bikes and head towards Portofino, crossing a route of about 5 km. Once we arrive, we park the bicycles to enjoy a short break and immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of the famous "piazzetta". We will continue our journey, this time in the direction of Ruta, passing again through the center of Santa Margherita. We will face a small and short climb of just 6 km which will lead us to Camogli, where we will take a pleasant walk and delight ourselves with the typical Ligurian focaccia. After lunch, we will head towards San Rocco, where we will visit the suggestive Church of San Rocco and make a short stop at the panoramic point to take some splendid photographs.
