We deeply love our land and its people! 1) In the morning we’ll visit to a winery surrounded by the most beautiful scenery, where we will uncover the secrets of Prosecco winemaking and taste some of this renowned sparkling wine (4 wine tastings) 2) Afterwards we will admire one of the most beautiful viewpoints on the Prosecco Hills and take some beautiful pictures. It can either be the ancient site of a Castle or either a local Osteria hidden among the hills 3) Next, we’ll enjoy a traditional lunch in our family-owned Osteria, where dishes are prepared following our grandma's recipes, and where the iconic "spiedo" meat cooks slowly over an open fire! We’ll finish off with our brother’s homemade desserts, which will provide a sweet ending to our delicious four course meal! This tasting experience starts in our tasting room with a short introduction about the Prosecco area through a description of its denomination, its production method, and the talent of the exclusive area of Cartizze. The experience continues with a detailed sensory description of our 4 Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines. – Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Brut (5 g/L) – Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry (20 g/L) – Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Extra Brut Bio (2 g/L) – Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Extra Dry Bio (13 g/L) Some food appetizers will be given to pair with the wines: salty breadsticks, two types of cheeses, Grana Padano PDO and Piave PDO, and a sweet local cake. The tour continues in our production area where the guides will explain you our vinification method in concrete and stainless steel tanks. The tour ends with a short walk in our vineyard where you can learn some notions about the centenary vines and the ORGANIC cultivation. You will reach our panoramic view point for some beautiful photo of the Prosecco hills, now Unesco Heritage.

This experience accompanies the customer within the production process of our wines, from the second fermentation of the wine to its bottling.
