Start your tour from Costa Teguise and head to the north. We will drive through Guatiza, Charco del Palo, Mala, Las Nieves, Teseguite and El Mojón. We will leave from our shop in Costa Teguise at 0m up to the highest point of the island, 670m. Amaze yourself with the spectacular views and take some photos at the Mirador de las Nieves at 610m. Discover the lime ovens on Teguise. After that, we will return to Costa Teguise through a bumpy ride.

Enjoy a 4WD joyriding in Europe’s only desert landscape on this scenic drive through the Tabernas Desert, situated between the Sierra de los Filabres and the Sierra de Alhamilla. Boasting over 3,000 hours of sunshine per year, annual rainfall of a mere 200 millimeters and temperatures ranging from 23° F to 118° F (-5°C to 48°C), the gray tones of the desert’s gullies, ravines, and other geological formations turn golden when the sun rests on them at sunset. Essential to the history of cinema in Almeria, Tabernas Desert served as a location for hundreds of movies, including “Lawrence of Arabia.” Dozens of spaghetti westerns, such as “A Fistful of Dollars, “For a Few Dollars More,” and “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly,” gave rise to an era of rampant shooting. Adventure stories war films, and science fiction films have all made use of the landscape, including “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade,” “Conan the Barbarian", "Game of Thrones", or "The Crown". Marvel at the desert’s similarity to the American badlands, and the deserts of north Africa and Arabia. En route, you will learn about the geological formation of this extraordinary place, including the flora and fauna that somehow manage to survive there.

It serves as a center for recovery, environmental education, and conservation, boasting more than 4,000 trees amidst the desert backdrop. When the heat becomes too much, cool off in the Water Area. Depart Seville and journey to the city of Granada to take a tour of the historic Alhambra, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site (if option selected) for its cultural importance and architectural beauty. Benefit from the services of an official tour guide and expert interpreter of the heritage of the city and fortress, built for the Nasrid emirs who ruled Spain in the 13th and 14th centuries. Marvel at the fortifications of the Alcazaba (citadel), built to protect the city's post-Roman districts, including the Moorish suburb of "El Albayzín." Admire the beauty of the Nasrid Palaces and Generalife, the summer pleasure gardens of the Emir. Next, drive to the center of Granada for lunch (own expense). Then, take a guided walk of the UNESCO-protected Albaicín district where the winding streets are reflective of its Medieval Moorish past. Stop to take in the spectacular panoramas over the Alhambra fortress perched on its hill.  If option selected, explore the surroundings of the Alhambra on your own, see ancient towers and stunning views of Granada. Discover hidden paths, shaded by cypress trees, admire the Charles V Palace. Return to Seville at the end of your historical adventure, and get dropped off at your original starting point.

Experience Cabo de Gata from the sea: kayak, full-face snorkel, and a refreshing drink to end the tour. Embark on a guided kayak tour along the spectacular volcanic coastline of Cabo de Gata Natural Park. You’ll paddle alongside cliffs, hidden coves only accessible by sea, and unique rock formations. Along the way, our guides will share fascinating insights about the area's geology, marine life, and the history of this protected zone. Upon returning to shore, we’ll treat you to a cold drink or beer as you enjoy the views and share the experience with the group. All of this includes a free photo report, which we’ll send to you by email.

Get to know the magnificent Cabo de Gata and Níjar Natural Park from the sea. Explore the coastline by kayak before snorkeling in the clear waters an observing the underwater landscape. Before embarking, learn basic paddling and kayaking techniques and listen to safety instructions. Venture out down the coast, spotting a number of coves and rock formation that are inaccessible by land and only visible from the sea. Navigate in and out of rocky caves. Get up close to sheer volcanic cliffs. Learn about the wildlife and geology of the natural park, one of most protected areas in Spain due to ecological, historical, anthropological, and geological significance.  Stop in a hidden cove in the marine reserve to go swimming before paddling back to the beach where you started.

Enjoy a kayaking and snorkeling adventure that is suitable for beginners from San José in Almeria. Start with a safety and instructional briefing to increase your comfort during the trip. Dive into the history of the area with commentary from your guide. Meet your guide at the activity provider's stand on the San José Beach. Your guide will let you know how to use the snorkeling and kayaking gear to ensure that you are confident in the water.  Set off along the coast to see the Cueva del Tabaco, Cala Higuera, and the Cala Higuera point. Cool off along the way with snorkeling stops that allow you to uncover the park's stunning marine biodiversity.  Learn about the history of San José and the pirates of Cabo de Gata. Find out how the Castle of San José was of great importance against these attacks. Find out about the natural formations that you pass along the way. 

Unleash your inner cowboy on a guided horseback ride into the Tabernas Desert. Stop along the route to learn about the natural environment, nature, geology, history, and cinema. On arrival at the ranch, be welcomed by the guide who will provide you with your equipment and introduce you to your horse. Once ready you will receive a short training session to get to grips with animal-friendly horse riding. Then, everyone will set off on a tour tailored to the participants' level, supervised by an instructor. Follow the "Desierto de Tabernas" ride for an introduction to the desert. Cross an open area of desert, with views of the mythical "Llano del Búho" and "La Tortuga". Ride through these unique landscapes and admire their geological formations. See where hundreds of film and TV productions have been filmed, such as Indiana Jones, Game of Thrones, Exodus, The Sisters Brothers, or The Crown among many others. Later, return to the ranch, where you will say goodbye to your horse. Route for all levels. The tour is carried out at the rhythm of the lowest level since it is a pleasured and quiet activity through the desert environment and the experience of riding a horse. If there are higher levels in the group and the monitor considers it is convenient and possible, at the end of the tour, the experienced ones will be able to trot or gallop together with the monitor or at riding arena of the rancho. Start your coastal cruise in the traditional fishing port of Carboneras. Sail to la Cala del Corral and las Salinicas. Admire the crystal-clear waters and volcanic cliffs of Playa de los Muertos.  Then, navigate the Cabo de Mesa Roldan. See its fossilized coral reef and the Mesa Roldán Lighthouse. Continue on to Cala Puente, Cala Sorbas, and Cala Castillo until you arrive at the small fishing town of Agua Amarga. Marvel at the best views of this small town from the sea. Drop anchor at the secluded Cala de Enmedio. Enjoy a relaxing bath in its crystal clear waters.

Travel through about 1 km of underground galleries that run along the Paseo de Almeria. Admire the feats of engineering that made this shelter possible, a marvelous work by engineers that makes this shelter one of the most well-known and largest shelters in Spain and Europe.
