Do not debate doing this. Book it NOW. Amazing host, loves what he does. The views are amazing. The experience was so great starting off with history about truffles, then moving into the hunt and finishing with champagne and truffle snacks. Really the most amazing experience we had. 40 mins from Aix en pce by car. The opportunity after to purchase his own made goods like truffle salt , oil etc.

Our and farm owner Johann was both knowledgeable and entertaining. He explained the process of cultivating truffles along with some great stories. Our group was small so everyone had a chance to participate. He even accommodated my mobility scooter so I could join the group on the hunt! After, the tasting was absolutely delicious and so informative. If you enjoy these kind of off-the-beaten-path experiences, this is a must-do in Provence! If truffles aren’t for you, Johann has olive trees, beehives and grape stomping! Something for everyone! Don’t miss out!

The guide was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and allowed for questions. It was a wonderful experience to learn the intricacies of truffle growing and selling. It’s not an easy feat! The food was surprising and delicious. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.
