Here, among leafy trees and elegant walks, we will discover the history of the park and its importance for the locals. - Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela: We will head towards the majestic Cathedral, the final destination of thousands of pilgrims who walk the Camino de Santiago every year. We will admire its impressive façade and its imposing towers. A moment for reflection and admiration. - Around the Cathedral: We will explore the Cathedral's surroundings, strolling through the streets that are home to charming shops, cafes and restaurants. We will discover the Plaza de Platerías, Plaza de la Quintana and other corners with fascinating stories that have witnessed centuries of history. - The Abastos Market: We will conclude our tour at the Mercado de Abastos, where we will be greeted by the enticing aromas of local produce. Here, in a lively and colourful atmosphere, we will have the opportunity to enjoy the fresh products coming from the Galician land. We will talk about history, art and many curiosities and secrets that the stones of Santiago hide. Start in Platerías Square, where you will discover legends about the evolution of the city and the Cathedral of Santiago through the centuries. Next, take in the facade of the Cathedral, which mixes Romanesque, Gothic, and Baroque styles. Later, walk down the city's most emblematic streets, meet impressive buildings, the Alameda Park, the street of tapas and wines... while listening to entertaining stories from your guide. The tour ends in the city market, an emblematic place, where you will also discover a mysterious cruceiro.

You don't have much time, but you want to know the essentials of Santiago de Compostela with a local guide? We will start at 19:00 pm at the Obradoiro Square. There the guide will tell you the history of the city, show you the main monuments and then we will go around the Cathedral and visit all the other squares that surround it: Plaza de la Inmaculada, Plaza de la Quintana and Plaza de Platerías. After an hour of cultural tour we are getting hungry, so we will go to an emblematic place of the city located in the famous Rúa do Preguntoiro, which was an old drugstore. There we will enjoy a tasting of its famous seafood cake from the Galician Rias and taste the famous Albariño wine.
