After pickup from your hotel, head to the renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve. This extraordinary ancient forest commonly known as the "Garden of Eden", is a unique habitat where the coco de mer palm grows in its natural state. The reserve is also home to one of the world’s rarest birds, the Black Parrot. In the afternoon, explore Anse Lazio, considered one of the top 10 beaches in the world. There are a few restaurants at Anse Lazio where you can buy lunch. You will be dropped back to your hotel at 4:00 PM.

Sehr kompetenter Guide!!! Soviel hätte uns niemand im Valley de Mai erzählen können. Unterwegs wurde uns über alle Sehenswürdigkeiten berichtet und wir haben prima Tipps für unseren weiteren Aufenthalt auf Praslin bekommen. Anse Lazio hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. A great day out, picked up on time by our guide who showed us a the south of the island before picking up the rest of the party. He was very good as a guide on our tour through vallee de mai with great expalation of all the plantation. I would certainly recommend this tour it is very educational

It was a nice and informative tour. Since the weather was better in the morning than in the afternoon, our guide decided that we would first go to Anse Lazio to swim. What a beautiful beach☺️. I walked a little further to the right, away from the main beach, and found a small cove all to myself. Then in the afternoon we continued to Valley de Mai, where our guide explained many things to us. Then there was still time to walk alone through the valley. If there is a Garden of Eden, this is it. Insanely beautiful and impressive☺️!
