It was an excellent day trip. Our guide was great at explaining what we'd be doing and sharing insights about the area and Porto. Crossing the bridge was dramatic (particularly as it was windy) but it made it more of an adventure. The walk along the river was beautiful. Lunch afterwards was fantastic. Our guide Tomas, from Detours, made the day special for us and our two daughters said it was a great day. Really recommend this trip as a different experience to being in the city centre.

We should have arrived earlier for the start of the suspension bridge. We missed the beginning. If I compare it with the lunch we had the previous day in Pinhao it is absolutely no comparison. No authenticity and no atmosphere The staff were friendly and we love the veal. It was superb but I was sorry for the selection of food provided to the 4 vegetarians in the group.

It was a very nice day, a very nice walk along the water. The bridge is also an architectural wonder. Our guide Ana is also very pleasant company. My only regret was that I didn't have anything small to eat on our walk. We should have had an early breakfast and then it was a long time until 3pm for lunch. For the rest, great day trip.

Very nice trip, good break from walking around Porto. Good transport, enthusiastic guides who walk the last 4 km and delicious local food after walking.

the experience was amazing. Orlando was an great guide. our lunch was spectacular.
