Our guide was excellent. Very welcoming and full of knowledge. local and beyond. She met us at Charles bridge statue then a very short tram ride to the boat and then she took us all the way to the Zoo gate and and after experiencing the amazing zoo all you have to do is hop on a bus right outside to the metro station or tram stop which took us right back to old town where we are staying. Perfect if you would like to be escorted without worrying about travel to the Zoo.

The zoo was amazing to walk around and see animals that you may not ever get to see again. Animals seems to be well looked after and lots to see. Although we didn't get the map that was stated we would get and we had to figure out our own way to zoo as guide didn't get off boat. Personal calls were answered doing the time we were with guide too, which seem little unprofessional. Other than that, it was lovely day out even though the heavens rained on us all day! :P

The tour was great !!! Our guide, Martin, was kind and pleasant. He told us about the history of the place and showed us interesting sites along the way. We were with a person who had a hard time walking, and the guide adjusted the pace to suit everyone. The boat cruise was beautiful and relaxing, and the visit to the zoo was very enjoyable! We highly recommend! The Gidron family.

Great time with family and great guide. Martin is the best!!

It was a great day overall. Martin, our guide, was a great guy and told us many things during the boat ride. The zoo is huge and has so many animals to see. The only thing I would change would be the time of the beginning of the tour. It it was earlier there would be more time to spend in the zoo. Despite that I recommend 100% this tour and choose Martin as your tour guide!
