The Old Town Hall is located on the Old Town Square and was established in 1338 as the seat of the Old Town administration. The complex consists of 5 buildings. The dominant part of the building is a Gothic tower with a chapel and a unique astronomical clock, where every hour between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, the twelve apostles rotate. Start your tour on the first floor, where the state rooms are located. Continue to the Gothic chapel of the Virgin Mary and the ceremonial halls. The Best of Swan Lake performance features the music of Tchaikovsky with the entire story told in a selection of scenes from one of the world’s most beloved ballets. Little is known about the original production of Swan Lake. Much of the Swan Lake we know today is from a revision in 1895 by the famous choreographers Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov. One of the largest functionalist new buildings in Prague's Old Town, it was built on the site of older houses in 1936-1938, designed by Bohumir Kozak (1885-1978) and Antonin Cerny (1896-1976).
