I was going to try and do this tour on my own and I'm so glad I didn't. Our tour guide Gaby was amazing. She took all the stress off trying to figure out train and bus schedules. Her knowledge of the sites along with Czech history was amazing. We came away from the experience with a better understanding of Czech culture from silver mines and Gothic Cathedrals to a glimpse at the communist era as we drove by the cookie box housing. If you're with Gaby don't pack a lunch as the restaurant she takes you to is part of the Czech experience and reasonably priced. And yes, dem bones at the ossuary are even creepier in person, but you have to check it out!
Thanks for Andrea and her little assistant Izzy, I do have a wonderful trip to Kutna hora. Andrea shared so much history stories with this place and it is really a good option to do in Prague.
