The museum was larger than I expected, but the number of exhibits provided a good variety. The room to play with legos and duplos was a highlight for my 7 yo son, who spent over 5 hours creating!! Tip for parents whose kids will also spend a lot of time building: grab some coffee (and cookies!) from the coffee shop right across the street (The Miners). Great coffee and can bring back to the Lego museum. Also note: one can enter and exit the museum multiple times with the ticket. The Lego shop wasn’t very attractive, however. Plus, it was cash only as the systems were down.

Stroll through 20 themed areas as you admire the collection of more than 3,000 exhibits with entrance to the Museum of Bricks in Prague. The museum specializes in the history of this unique building kit, proudly honoured as "the toy of the century".

Built from over 1 million bricks, the displays will take you on a journey to other worlds. Sail away on a pirate ship, travel back to the era when knights fought, or jump into another galaxy. Visit Harry Potter's magical universe, or experience adventure with the extraordinary Indiana Jones.

After exploring the museum, end your visit with a trip to the shop where you can find usual catalogue sets, as well as exclusive limited editions or sets that are no longer produced. Amongst other things, the store offers a wide selection of mini-figures and the possibility of buying loose LEGO pieces.
